#1. How do I place an order?
Once you've found the item you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will place the item in your shopping cart. If you wish more than 1 of the item, you can change the quantity to the amount you wish. Be sure to click the "Update" button after you have changed the quantity. If you have been given a customer code, enter that code in the "Customer Code" box and then hit the "Submit" button. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the "Back to Shopping" button. If you wish to checkout, select the manner you wish to pay (credit card, PayPal or check by mail) and then click the "Go to Checkout" button. Follow the on-line prompts that will take you through the checkout. Shipping and handling charges are added when you complete the checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot combine it with another order. |

#2. I don't live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Our Shopping Cart is set up for U.S. (or U.S. Military, regardless of where stationed) orders only. We do, however, welcome non-U.S. orders from most areas of the world. To place an order to be shipped outside the U.S., just send us an e-mail with your name, e-mail address, country and the item (s) that you wish to order. We will send you a e-mail invoice with the total amount including shipping and handling. The e-mail will provide a link to PayPal's secure site where you can pay for the order with your credit card or bank account. Once you approve the invoice, we will ship your order. #3. Can I place a phone order?
We can not accept phone orders and this is why our phone number is not listed on the site. We can always be reached by writing us at: info@lostword.com. With the growing concern for customer security, our credit card processor will not allow anyone but the customer to place a credit card order on this site. Your credit card numbers are not stored on the lostWord site in any area. For those who do not wish to enter their credit cards on any website, we are happy to accept checks by mail for U.S. orders or PayPal. |

#4. Is my e-mail address important?
Your e-mail address is VERY important. If you enter an incorrect e-mail address, we cannot contact you and this could cause delays in your order. We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order with an invalid e-mail address. |

#5. What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks and money orders. We do not accept COD orders. We do not accept cash through the mail. Checks and money orders (payable to Cornerstone Book Publishers) must be made out in US dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. |

#6. How do I make a payment with PayPal?
Paying for your lostWord order with your PayPal account is a snap. Place your order for the item(s) you want by following the steps in FAQ #1. When asked to select your payment method, select the "PayPal" option. You then just follow the on-line instructions. |

#7. I don't have a PayPal account. What is PayPal and how can I get an account with them?
Owned by E-Bay, PayPal lets any business or consumer in most areas of the world with an e-mail address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments on-line. #8. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely! You can transmit your order information over the Internet with confidence when shopping at lostWord. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information. lostWord orders are processed with a SSL Secure Commerce Server. All credit card information is encoded with strong encryption before your order is confirmed. LOSTWORD DOES NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ON FILE. #9. After placing my order, why did I receive an e-mail from you?
When you place an order with lostWord, our system sends out a pre-confirmation mail. This mail is to verify the e-mail address you entered. An invalid e-mail address will be returned to us as such and may void the order. |

#10. Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent transactions, billing addresses are verified through the issuing banks. If the billing address on your lostWord order differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then check with your credit card company (or bank) to be sure that they have your most up-to-date information. |

#13. Can I send you e-mails with attachments?
No. We do not accept or receive e-mails with attachments. All e-mails with attachments are deleted unread and unopened. If something cannot be sent in any other manner except by attachment, send us an e-mail (with no attachment) explaining why you must send the attachment and we will forward you an address where you can send the mail. |

#16. My order seems lost, what can I do?
We use the USPS and UPS as our main forms of delivery. While we use every precaution available, sometimes an order will become lost. WE MAKE ALL LOST ORDERS GOOD. We cannot control an order once it leaves our hands, but we do make any and all lost orders right. All we ask is that you send us an e-mail at: info@lostword.com letting us know of the problem so that we can attempt to determine the problem with delivery. |

#17. I don't like what I have ordered. Can I return it?
We want our customers satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your lostWord order, just send an e-mail within 30 days to: info@lostword.com explaining the problem (do not return your item before writing us and getting our OK). We will issue you a credit or exchange the item. Special Order items undamaged and made correctly to specifications are not refundable. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Yes, we are happy to try and find things for you that might not be listed in our catalog. We can't promise to be able to locate everything, but we pride ourselves in being able to locate many rare and long out of print books and other Masonic supplies, gifts and regalia.
